In 2019, in Music City to the world, Nashville, Shuddh Desi Radio launched Global Musical Icon ( GMI
2019), a musical talent search program in the North America’s and it was first such program that
brought talents, young and not-so-young, from all over America’s under one roof that comprised of
vocalists as well as musical instrument players.

Our esteemed panel of judges included Bollywood
celebrities like Meenakshi Sheshadri, Shibani Kashyap and Shweta Pandit.
